We’ve got a need for mead! On October 15th, join us for a special tapping of Kingsview Blue and White mead.
So what is mead, anyway? Well, it’s an alcoholic beverage made from fermented honey, yeast, and water, and is sometimes referred to as “honey wine”. Mead is sometimes brewed similarly to beer due to the addition of hops in the beverage, but usually has a higher ABV percentage more akin to wine. Surprisingly, like wine, not all mead is as sweet as you might expect! Flavor profiles can range from candy-sweet to bone dry. Meads can be still or sparkling.
Kingsview Blue and White mead boasts an ABV of 8.4%. This mead is gluten-free, and is flavored with honey, grape, and blueberry.
Be sure to try Kingsview Blue and White mead when we tap it on October 15th!
