A longtime Goose Island employee developed this recipe after a recent victorious battle with cancer, when he almost completely lost his palate and mangoes and cinnamon were two of the only things he was still able to taste

The hopping of Space Dust is pure starglow energy with three hops working together, including Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo
This English strong ale has the distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon, aged for at least six weeks in a freshly decanted bourbon barrel with flavors of vanilla and oak
(L) This American strong ale is malt-forward with elements of caramel; balanced nicely with floral hops

Bottleneck Management and Goose Island have collaborated on a brand new beer that is available year-round exclusively at Bottleneck Management restaurants and bars. Bottlenectar features a unique and distinct German hop variety called Huell Melon, making for a balanced and refreshing pale ale.
