HAZY IPA Half-Life is always a crowd favorite for both craft beer aficionados and those new to the beer scene. It is an unfiltered Northeast inspired IPA with an aroma that is interesting without being overpowering. Upon first sip, you will immediately pick up on the citrus characteristics. Soon to follow will be stone fruit and pine. But this is not a bitter IPA, friends. It is perfectly balanced with a focus on the delicious aroma. Half-Life finishes with a subtle and wheaty breadiness. It’s so perfectly light and crisp that it would be an amazing session beer if it weren’t for the 6% ABV, so sip and enjoy.
For an IPA to bear our hometown name, it better be potent. So we loaded it with our favorite American hops for a bitter punch. And with some over-the-top tropical fruit, citrus, pine and floral aromas and flavors, you’ve got one big Texas IPA, deserving of the Deep Ellum name.
This is not your average IPA. From the incredible nose, to the amazing finish, this IPA is one that both session drinkers and beer nerds alike will love. We’re full on board the hopwagon with this big American-style IPA. However, it is not designed to blow your head off with overpowering hop bitterness. Instead, Mosaic IPA is an extremely well-balanced brew that showcases its unique hop aroma and flavor. This beer gets its name from a new hop variety named “Mosaic,” which is predominantly where the immense, raw hop aroma and flavor is derived. Mosaic IPA has a noticeable malt backbone to help soften the high level of hop bitterness and flavor, while keeping the body fairly light. The word "Mosaic" is also representative of the diverse range of individuals that make up our community. It's perfect in every way!
A tribute to our favorite Brewmaster, Greg Matthews, the Velvet Hammer appears as a dark, ruby reddish-brown ale beneath a sheath of protective off-white foam. It is malt-forward with elements of caramel and the sweetness of light brown sugar, balanced nicely by a combination of floral hops and a noticeable alcohol bite. It's a sturdy brew with a smooth character which belies both an inner strength and a slightly full body, along with a moderate bitterness to round out the taste.
The Salty Lady is our interpretation of a Gose – a rather obscure, tart, salty German style beer. Our version is soured in the kettle with a lactic culture. The tartness is tempered by salt additions from around the world and finished with coriander for a citrus and earthy touch. We ferment with our house saison yeast to put our own little spin on the style. Its flavor is reminiscent of a sports drink at the end of a 110 degree day.
True Love is our second sour beer that is now available year-round. Similar to the Salty Lady, it is kettle soured and very refreshing. Raspberries are added in the fermenter which provide a purple hue and slight sweetness. Give it a try. You'll fall in love with True Love, one can at a time. With summertime right around the corner, True Love is your best option for a poolside brew. Grab the cooler, pickup some ice, and crash your neighbor's pool party. Maybe snag an extra 6pack and be sure to spread the love.
An antidote to the big sting. A traditional Amber Ale complexly built from a careful selection of seven different malts. American grown hops harmoniously round out the wonderfully rich malts. Balanced without the bite.
This seductress is like dessert in a glass. It pours with a thick milk chocolate head. Chocolate and caramel malt give it a complex and rich body. Lower carbonation gives the beer a silky mouthfeel. She’s voluptuous and will sneak up on you with soft alcohol warmth. Take your time with her and she’ll reward you. Food Pairing: Chocolate and decadent sweet desserts.
805 is a light, refreshing ale originally created for the laid back California lifestyle. This is an easy drinking beer that can be enjoyed anywhere.
A no adjunct American light lager. This crushable beer clocks in at 110 calories and 5 carbs. A bit of Vienna malt gives a slight maltiness, and Mandarina Bavaria hops round it out with a slight citrus hop aroma.
Brewer Ben Sheehan created this beer while working down at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station. Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager’s inspiration comes from Southern California, which is vibrantly influenced by our neighbors to the South. California's spoiling, warm weather encourages outdoor activity year round - and now the rest of the nation can join in. From surfing our coasts, to snowboarding and biking in the mountains, off-roading through deserted lands, or boating and fishing in our lakes, Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager is an excellent companion. It’s a thrillingly crisp, clean, refreshing Mexican-style lager that quenches thirsts, while gratifying taste buds via lime and sea salt.

Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. It is brewed using a decoration mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process brings forth a rich sweetness from the malt that makes it well worth the effort. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. The Noble hops varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Tettnanger, add a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish. We take great pride in the Noble hops used in our beers. They are hand selected by Jim Koch and our other brewers from the world's oldest hops growing area. Among the world's most expensive, they cost twenty times as much as other hops.
Fermented in traditional Bavarian yeast strains, this hefe is a hazy, straw-color brew with notes of banana, bubble gum, clove, and a touch of vanilla.
This delightfully refreshing Belgian-style Wheat Beer is clever and witty in its own right. Four different types of citrus peel and a generous addition of blood orange produce a huge aroma with subtle hints of tropical fruit and peppery spice. The body is crisp and airy with complex fruit flavors that lead to a refreshingly dry, easy finish guaranteed to delight your taste buds whether it be by the pool on a hot summer day or around a cozy fire in the cold days of winter. Try pairing this lovely brew with sushi or sashimi; a mild goat cheese; a zesty ceviche or your favorite white fish dish.
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.
Inspired by the city of Chicago and densely populated with flavor, 312’s spicy aroma of Cascade hops is followed by a crisp, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body that's immensely refreshing.
Blue Moon Belgian White, Belgian-style wheat ale, is a refreshing, medium-bodied, unfiltered Belgian-style wheat ale spiced with fresh coriander and orange peel for a uniquely complex taste and an uncommonly smooth finish.
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or “white” ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that’s yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale.
An unfiltered deep golden ale made with malted two row barley and wheat. The brew is finished with Blood Orange zest, local Texas honey and other spices that bring special flavors to this unique beer.
Refreshing. Citrus notes and aromas. Crisp and clean. Light body. Brewed with lemon & lime. Pants optional. ¡Adiós!
A traditional German Wheat beer. More than half of the malt used in this full-bodied brew is made up of German malted wheat. But the star of this brew is the yeast! Fermented in our open-fermentation vessels, the yeast is free to impart a variety of fruity and spicy clove-like flavors.
Bottlenectar is a light-bodied pale ale with a crisp balance of bitterness that showcases its unique Huell Melon hops. Huell Melon hops are relatively new on the scene, and a compelling choice for brewers. In making Bottlenectar, the hops are used twice—once in the kettle while brewing, and a second time for dry hopping. This lends Bottlenectar a sweet melon aroma and spectacular finish.
Packed with bright tropical aromas and brilliant citrusy flavors, this unfiltered IPA wraps up with a pleasantly smooth finish.
Native to the Basque region of Spain, the game of Jai Alai involves players launching a ball from a curved mitt called a cesta in an attempt to outsmart and outmaneuver their opponents on a court called a fronton. Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. While the number of frontons in our home state of Florida has dropped since the sport’s peak in the mid-1980s, Cigar City Brewing pays homage to the sport and the dedicated players and patrons who keep this Florida tradition alive with its flagship ale. Look for notes of orange peel, clementine, and light caramel to share the story and sunshine of Florida with beer lovers across the globe.
A shockingly easy-drinking 7.0% ABV IPA with an electric bouquet of tropical & citrus flavors. Nugget, Sultana, Citra, Mosaic, and Eureka hops provide the spark that makes Neon Beer Hug shine!

As brewers, we get the privilege to sample our beers straight from the tanks in all their raw glory. Some beers need a little polishing to get ready to go out into the world, while others—the hop-heavy, rowdy, crowd-pleasers—should just be left alone. We wanted to share this brewery-only treat with you, so we present this Hazy Little Thing, our unfiltered, unprocessed IPA, straight from the tanks and into the can.
Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter. Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.
This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. IPA has loads of “C” Hops balanced on a bed of fine English Crystal, Caramel & Munich Malts. Designed to pair well with food and pretty much everything else!
Way smooth and silky with a nice wheatly-esque-ish-ness. A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. A hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans but so smooth that the hefeweizen fans dig it too.
Satisfies your tastes while keeping your senses sharp. Brewed with a complex array of ingredients. Balanced for optimal aromatics and a clean finish.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.
Nose is loaded with Belgian yeast character of banana and clove with an equally fruity body balanced with a light, earthy hop character. Savor notes of orange and spice followed by a dry finish.

The stronger and more flavorful cousin of the Mexican-style lager.
A truly authentic Belgian style wheat or “white” ale, this Rascal is unfiltered (yup, that’s yeast on the bottom) and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale.
Way smooth and silky with a nice wheatly-esque-ish-ness. A truly unique style featuring a strong hop finish on a silky body. A hoppy pale wheat ale that is great for IPA fans but so smooth that the hefeweizen fans dig it too.
Inspired by the city of Chicago and densely populated with flavor, 312’s spicy aroma of Cascade hops is followed by a crisp, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body that's immensely refreshing.
Space Dust is out of this world, with 62 IBU, and 8.2% ABV. This citrus-forward IPA balances bitterness with a sweetness of hop flavors. Grapefruit, mango, and orange aromas with a medium body and a dry finish. (p.s. It's a hop, not an artichoke!)
This is a rosé - and a gose - by any other name. Goses are Red is a stylish match of a funky, crisp and tart gose with the soft sweetness of a rosé wine. The refreshing wheat-based beer begins with some of the qualities you’d expect from a gose, including coriander spicing and a light saltiness to complement the tartness imparted by our house cultures. But the story doesn’t end there - it builds in complexity, thanks to time spent in an oak foeder and the addition of grapes, which impart a refreshing rosé character and color. It’s a charming interpretation that says all the right things, but it’s not as sweet as you.
Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries, Rübæus is the perfect blend of sweet, tart and refreshing.
Ace Pineapple is the world's original Pineapple cider. While on vacation in Hawaii, we tried adding fresh pineapple juice to our apple cider and it resulted in this delicious tropical libation!
