Ambers & Browns

Indie Lagers
The body is surprisingly mellow and has a wonderful clean and roasty aroma; finishes crisp and clean
Amber-colored with a malty nose and a touch of Noble hops; caramel and toffee notes as well as toasted, nutty hints; very well-rounded, balanced and flavorful
An iconic American lager; rich amber color, medium- bodied flavor with a roasted caramel malt for a well-balanced taste
A German style Maibock with a hazy amber appearance and medium body; extremely malty aroma and flavor with a slight hint of hops
Full-flavored with a balance of malty sweetness contrasted by hop spiciness and a smooth finish
A Czech-style pilsner with a combination of firm malt flavors and herbal hop bitterness
Belgians
La Trappe’s heaviest ale with a stunning amber color; its warm and intense flavor is rich and finely balanced
A tart, dry Saison with a subtle peppery note and hint of citrus from orange peel and a creamy vanilla finish
This three-grain beer brewed with Steiermark hops has good herbal flavors; it owes its banana and vanilla character to the home-cultured yeast
A sparkling approach and overall light body temper the richness of imported malts and Belgian yeast
Pilsner malt combined with Abbey yeast strain yields a remarkable, complex flavor packed with notes of spice, banana and pear; nicely balanced, with a moderate to dry finish
A Belgian Tripel brewed with high amounts of bottle fermented yeast and showcasing a sweet and spicy flavor

Pale Ales & IPAs
Our very own collaboration with Goose Island that is brewed exclusively for Bottleneck restaurants; this light bodied pale ale showcases the unique Huell Melon hops that give this beer a sweet melon aroma
A tantalizing menagerie of hops; Simcoe for tropical and grapefruit zest, Columbus for hop pungency, Centennial for pine notes, Citra for citrus zest, and Cascade for floral aroma, are layered throughout the brewing process
Enjoy the clover honey hue and tropical nose with big body and a finish that boasts pineapple and grapefruit
Heavily hopped with almost four pounds of hops per barrel; aromas of pine and flavors of grapefruit give way to a lingering hop bite that is perfectly balanced by a light malty sweetness
Deep amber in color; complex notes and Cascade hops give this agship beer its spicy avor and fragrant bouquet
An IPA that has intense hop aromas and malt, balanced with notes of grapefuit and pine resin and fruity aromas from the house yeast

“Juicy Ale With Nugget” – malty, yet crisp, and loaded with dank citrus, as well as tropical and stone fruit flavor and aroma

This dangerously delicious recipe features often subtle, but sometimes assertive signatures of American hop varieties; earthy and mildly floral with notes of sweet citrus and spice
A big beer with a great malt backbone that stands up to the extreme hopping rate
Stouts & Porters
Roasted taste is present with no hops in the flavor or aroma; low carbonation and an extra-thick head
Strong roasted malt and coffee flavors build the foundation for this classic cream stout
A traditional porter with chocolate and roasted malt qualities; brewed with vanilla to add a sweet and smooth taste

Bottleneck Management and Goose Island have collaborated on a brand new beer that is available year-round exclusively at Bottleneck Management restaurants and bars. Bottlenectar features a unique and distinct German hop variety called Huell Melon, making for a balanced and refreshing pale ale.
