This round, we’re bringing bold flavor with the Crispy Rice Salad. Crispy rice clusters meet a vibrant, crunchy slaw of baby kale, carrots, cucumber, bell peppers, avocado and red onion, all tossed in a creamy lemon tahini dressing and finished with a fiery kick of chili crisp. A juicy beef patty topped with rich truffled mushroom duxelle, melted gruyère, and caramelized onions, finished with peppery arugula, garlicky roasted aioli, and crispy red onions on a soft brioche bun. Earthy, savory, and seriously indulgent.
On the drink side, try the sweet and tart Transfusion or a fruity twist of the the classic spritz with the Berry Lemonade Aperol Spritz Try them before the next round takes over.
